| Electrical Inspections Pre purchase inspections of your next home is a worthwhile investment for only a small fee one of our engineers will arrange a time with the owners and carryout one of the following surveys.
Visual Only:
We will carry out a full visual survey of the house and compile a report for your attention This service is usually carried out on very new properties or properties where the owners state that a recent rewire has been carried out.
Due to the nature of a visual survey being limited by its very nature, we will contact you while we are on site if it appears that there may be major problems.
Full Inspection:
We will carryout a full inspection as laid down in the IEE BS7671:2008 17th Edition regulations and the NICEIC and compile a Periodic report for your attention. If you require we can also attach to this report a quotation for any work required to bring it up to standard.
