Buying a new home:

Pre purchase inspections of your next home is a worthwhile investment for only a small fee one of our engineers will arrange a time with the owners and carryout an DEICR survey. We will carry out a full inspection as laid down in the IEE BS7671 regulations and the NICEIC and compile a Periodic report for your attention. If you require, we can also attach to this report a quotation for any work required to bring it up to standard.
